Taking time off is a vert healthy routine - and though many of us do not take a vacation to relax, we should at least take advantage of a Saturday and Sunday from time to time. By disconnecting from your work over the weekend has many benefits, such as increased productivity, performance, job satisfaction and creativity.

Along with some of the obvious benefits with work, it also helps bring your personal relationship together, working less helps with your health, too much computer use for work puts strain on your eyesight and when you do something different, other than work, your creativity increases too.

So when working through the weekend, you are headed down a road of unhealthy living and being counter-productive. So get ready to take some time off when a Friday comes around!
